We’re in This Together

To our Tikva community,

We know things are uncertain right now – the Covid-19 pandemic is not only affecting people’s lives and loved ones, but businesses and jobs as well. We want to provide you with an update on where we stand.

The wellbeing our colleagues and customers is a top priority – as a California based company, the Tikva team is abiding by the local government’s Work From Home guidelines.

While the Tikva team works from home, we want to continue to provide you with the CBD relief and improved quality of life you all deserve. Our fulfillment center is considered an essential service and is talking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of its employees and you.

  1. As of today, all our fulfillment center’s plants and warehouses are operating normal hours and shifts.
  2. Signage from the CDC is being printed and distributed to all fulfillment warehouses. These are being used to emphasize proper sanitation, hand washing and social distancing.
  3. Touch-less thermometers have been purchased and sent to every fulfillment warehouse. This will give managers the ability to take temperatures without touching personnel and determine if they are fit for work. If there is any sign of an increased temperature, the individual will be directed to return home.
  4. Anyone with the ability to work remotely has been directed to do so. This will not disrupt service or business in any way.

We’re in this fight together – Covid-19 does not discriminate between race, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or socio-economic class. In these trying times, we must all do our part to help stop the spread – Along with washing your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds and avoiding touching your face, practice social distancing by avoiding public areas and crowds, and always maintaining a 4-6 ft distance from others. Each individual’s efforts to prevent further transmission of this highly contagious disease makes an impact on the world at large.

Take care of yourself, stay safe, and stay healthy.

Love,

Tikva
